Returns & Exchange Policy

Due to the handcrafted, ritual nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any items, including nails, oils, bath products, spell kits, or digital downloads. Each item is made-to-order, spell-infused, and created with sacred intention, which makes them non-returnable and non-refundable.

No Cancellations 

Once your order has been placed, it is considered final. If you made a mistake in your shipping information, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order so we can correct it before your order enters creation. After 24 hours, your order begins preparation and cannot be cancelled for any reason.

Product Variations

Please note that all products are individually handcrafted, which means slight variations may occur. These are not flaws, they are the mark of a true artisan. No two spells, no two nails, and no two jars will ever be exactly the same. That is the beauty of bespoke enchantment. 

Damaged or Lost Orders

 We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been transferred to the postal carrier. However, if your item arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number. We may offer a solution at our discretion on a case-by-case basis. We strongly recommend purchasing Route or similar shipping protection during checkout, especially for larger orders.

Digital Products

All digital downloads, including spell pages, PDFs, and grimoire files, are non-refundable. Please read the full product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

We are a small, one-goddess operation. Every item is lovingly crafted by hand with intention, energy, and care. We do not offer mass-produced goods, and we are not a third-party warehouse.
