For a ritual bath, add your desired amount directly to comfortably warm bathwater and allow the salts to dissolve.

For a contained botanical soak, place the blend inside the included organza bag, leaving enough room for water to circulate. Secure the bag and immerse it in the bath, gently swishing to release the salts and botanical infusion while keeping most loose herbs contained.

To prepare as a botanical bath tea, steep a portion of the blend in a heat-safe vessel of hot water. Strain thoroughly, then add the infusion to your bath. If using the included organza bag for steeping, use hot rather than boiling water and keep it away from direct heat. Check the final bath temperature before entering.

For a foot soak, add a smaller portion directly to a basin of comfortably warm water, use the filled organza bag, or add a strained infusion. Soak your feet, then rinse and dry thoroughly.
